INNOVATION IS KEY TO GROWTH
Updated: Dec 18, 2020
Andy de Wet, owner of CND Nursery and The Aloe Farm, recognises that in these difficult times, business can never be the same as it was. “Innovation is key to growth and maybe even essential for survival,” he says.
He is concentrating on growing high quality, mass landscaping varieties in large numbers in order to be price competitive. “Creating new drought-resistant varieties has always been part of our operation and we are now expanding this into more plant genera, with more intense, scientific breeding”, he explains.
International award-winning varieties are now also available at very affordable prices in order to make it possible for top landscape designers to create world class gardens.
